Early-registration period has been extended until July 12th, 2015. If you missed the chance to register for the discounted price, grab this chance.

This will be the last chance you can get it because after July 13th (GMT +9) the registration fee will increase.  All bank transfer charges are to be paid by participants in advance. There is a small fee for sending money via bank transfer (KRW 10,000). Please remember to include this fee when completing your payment in advance.

To make the scientific programs more fruitful, thay have extended the abstract submission deadline again until July 15th. It will be the last chance to submit abstracts and to be a part of the scientific programs. The results will be notified individually via email.

World Beekeeping Awards(WBA) 2015

Have you produced high quality honey? Do you want to show innovative equipment? Now you can apply for and join in the WBA 2015.

There are diverse categories you might be interested in applying for:

  • honey,
  • mead,
  • beeswax,
  • display,
  • inventions,
  • photography,
  • multimedia and
  • cosmetics, etc.

All honey related categories are required to send a sample to be examined by the Korean Beekeeping Laboratory. Please note that the honey sample (350g) must be sent by July 31st to the following address: 4 th Floor 9, Seochojungang-ro 6gil, Seochogu, Seoul 137- 070, Korea.

ApiEXPO Booth booking until July 31st, 2015

Are you interested in taking part in the world beekeeping industries exhibition?

Apply to book a booth for ApiEXPO 2015 before July 31st. Only a couple of booths are left… All exhibitors who book a booth after July 1 st are required to complete a full payment within 10 days of the issued invoice.

Tours

During Apimondia, you have a chance to experience Korean culture and Korean apiaries, etc.

There are three kinds of tours during the congress:

Technical Tours: Introducing Korean apiaries and honey related companies to all participants. On September 20th, participants will choose one attraction out of 5 tours to experience real Korean apiaries and honey related spots.

Daejeon Daily Tours: If you want to know more about our host city, Daejeon, join this daily tour. For a day you can visit and enjoy the most popular attractions in Daejeon.

PRE-POST Tours: Before and after the congress, you can experience Korea. There are 9 different tours for various programs.

The cost of each tour includes: transportation, meal, admission, tour guide fees, etc.
